Summary
Amends the
Social Security Act 1991
and
Social Security (Administration) Act 1999
to: extend participation exemptions to principal carers who are relatives but not parents of children; make administrative changes in relation to transfers between income support payments; clarify the waiver of certain social security debts; and enable the making of ministerial guidelines in relation to the determination of a person’s capacity to work.
